Shrimp Stuffed with Garlic Cheese Paste

- Grated cheese
- Minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Dash of pepper and salt mixed together
- Wash and Cut the back of Shrimp using a pair of scissor, devein and slit the back of the shrimp and stuff with the above ingredients.
- Switch on your breville griller (or whatever grill available, I use breville because it's easy to grill )
- Then grill shrimp until just cooked, around five minutes, do not overcook shrimp.
